Blogger has introduced its new UI (User Interface) where among other changes, those familiar tabs below the Blog Title (see screen shot below):
has been replaced by a drop-down menu at the right end of the list of blogs just before the VIEW BLOG tab. See screen shot below:

and now the < target=_"blank" > action no longer workds for photographs and links - very grumpy blogger this side!

I tried the easiest way - go to Layout > Configure Post to see if the post date can be dragged below the post title but no luck. I can only hide the post date

This is much better in my opinion. It helps keep things organised and before it looked clutter. Great improvement!

New Blogger Draft interface is good but have small problem after reaching 50 posts/day it is geting errors, it is not saving and publishing the posts. I switched back to older dashboard and it is cool.
